Who pays Hit BTC?
i would be happy to not take the 3% one week for let btx be listed there. and probably also other people.I think HitBTC (as any other exchange) would potentially earn more than 10BTCs by listing Bitcore because they would earn a weekly 3% on all the BTX stored on their exchange, since they would get the airdrops. It is strange that they don't consider that properly.

It should be taken from the reserved coins for development. It´s ok to spend coins from there, and let it be less coins to airdrop.. but you cant suspend it.
Maybe devs can clarify which kind of a deal they had with HitBTC, as they announced it.
