It's pleasure to get free coins but actualy we need to develop BTX as a payment tool for example in e-service (alibaba, e-bay,amazon, paypal).

for the beginning we should think about small ( but yuugee) opportunities like webhosting, domains, emails some online stores (like flower shops, gift shops)  etc. to adopt btx. i am sure scott has something in mind Smiley

I'm planning to make a BTX payment for my private game server. Maybe, I'll be giving 40% more game credit if they'll purchase it through BTX  Grin Though , it'll be little complicated for some. All I need now is a detailed explanation on how to get or grab some btx as well as bitcoin since I'm dealing with bunch of kids.

Just read it as well.
Take advantage of this BTX team, there's so much potential.

I think that’s good news for the BTX community! No competition!

No access to private keys on ledger wallet, any alternative?
Received airdrop thanks.
Here are instructions for how to do it with a Trezor. The Ledger isn't much different.

Step 6 will be a little different for the Ledger. Just enter your PIN number wrong, 3 times and that should erase your Ledger.

For everything else, just replace the word Trezor with Ledger and you should be good.

I am working on payment processors now but I can't name names at the moment. Just be patient and wait for the news! But companies like amazon are likely outside of everyone's reach as of now let alone Bitcore. Maybe in the future!  Wink

there are so many available coins and opportunities for the end user to adopt..it will be very hard for all to actually get in the retail points of sale.

Has anyone got 3% today?

is that still a thing? i thought it was a big 25% airdrop and then the remaining was for the claiming 0.5 btx for every 1 bitcoin you hold on the snashot date? m i wrong? i'm still going to receive my 3% every week now?

yes the airdrops will continue, and will go up by 1% every month till fully distributed.

i had 480 coins and i got only 12, which is not 3%, should be near 15, why the error?
Did you make sure all 480 coins were exactly in the registered address and not in some change addresses? Just usw the blockexplorer or the coin control feature to find out.

sin't 3% for every address that hold more than 10 bitcore? should be 3% on the total anyway

Hi  BTX  FANS!!

I recived something but its not the 3% and i dont know if its part of the btc snapshot or that  i dont have   correctly registered mi btx adress.
how can i know if the adresses i,ve registered are the the right one?

The Airdrop registration says "Thanks for register", would that be enough?

On the same page is a link to all registered addresses. Go to that page and ctrl-f search for your address. Click on the address to see if it contains coins.

If you registered the wrong address, go to your BTX client and check the transaction log to see which address received your coins. Alternatively, do a self-transaction and send all your coins to a new address. Then register that new address.
Thanks, all seems to be good right now.

The airdrop for this week is done.

Dear Bitcore-Community,

we are happy to announce that the snapshot for the current airdrop has been taken.

You can now move your coins again and will receive your airdrop coins if you had your address registered with a balance of at least 1.0 BTX.

37184,62791 BTX have been moved to 3134 wallets
TXIDs:
805ead13611219e0dc31b011afd5e8f363661a3023715a4bd6bdad475bee1dcc
15d3645c4dfcf2d29c5a1dbcdb533ac8215a0ef4d0d7dd6f979d0f9f69890802

You can verify everything on our chain-explorer: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/

As you may be aware we had the big Bitcoin blockchain snapshot on November 2nd.
From Nov. 3rd to Nov 6th we created a massive stress-test for the Bitcore network resulting in approx. 5'000'000 transactions with record breaking tx-sizes of up to 3.1 MB.
You can read about the BTC-snapshot here and about the blockchain world-record here.
This was the main cause for the delay for this airdrop - we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Extra precautions have been made to avoid a delay of more than 24 h in the future.

Your Bitcore team

Does the wallet for the bitcore foundation (aprox 1.6 Mio BTX) also get the airdrops every week? Regarding the 37184 BTX for airdrops this week I guess not, is this right?

Most likely you don't have the correct address registered, a wallet can consist of multiple addresses.
What's the address you registered?

I know what happend, I search at       https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/     i  realice that i have  an adress that i cant see at my wallet.
