Windows wallet v.1.0.3.0 doesn't seem to be syncing, it gets stuck at 3 hours behind.
Is this the latest wallet as there doesn't seem to be any definitive link that states what the latest version is?

It probably means that a new block hasn't been solved. 445431 is the block height I show currently.
