use the flag for config

make a .bat file something like this

C:\users\YOU\desktop\cgminer-windows\cgminer.exe -c

works for me.

That worked, are you having much success with the config file? My hashrate seems about the same if I use it or not

So anyway, the fail drama is over, thousands of people are now successfully mining or owning MAXcoin, and now his contacts and media presence will drive this into success as his attackers get bored and do something else.
If they're still moaning after a couple of more days then we'll know there's an agenda rather than a simply a bit of complaining.
