I mined a bunch of coins before realizing I was on a wrong fork. Wallets should really have the feature of letting the devs push notifications so people know about major updates in advance.
Edit: even older, few week old blocks are not showing up in the new wallet using the old wallet.dat. Not sure why.

Just hold your coin in the wallet and unlock it for staking. The amounts on staking is in the OP.
