Take a look for our wallet manual before you use it.
You need to sync your wallet until the block height same as explorer's and you could see the balance.

The wallet runs on your PC so the "server" is on your PC.

It's probaly not synced. You have to wait for Blockchain sync...it takes some time...

When will a local wallet be released?

Just started mining with a 1060.  Easy to setup, uses ethash algo.  Not making much but I don't make a lot of anything with this card.

Margin trading for ETP has been enabled on Bitfinex.
