These are just examples that I can think of right now. I am sure you can suggest something more interesting.
We can't do all at once so we must pick one feature that is most desirable. I would love to hear your thoughts about it.

let me put it this way, if there were only 2 pools to get all the coins from, and those pools mined all the blocks, and took a 1% fee from each block, then would those two pools not each own 1 percent of the total coin? once all coins in POW were mined?.
They would own 1%, but only from those blocks found by them.. the cumulative earning from both Pools would still be 1% of all.. this is the beauty of the percents.
