I am using Asus R9280x DC2T with sgminer 5 with auto switch kernels and catalyst 14.6RC2 - win7 64bit - 4gb Ram - No hardware errors
With 14.6RC2 drivers, clocks cant be changed, it always run with "gpu-engine": "1080" "gpu-memclock": "1600" even if you point it to downgrade.
Temps: wont go more than 60C whatever algo i use.

x13 = 2.9mh/s
x15 = 3.0mh/s
nist5 = 13mh/s
neoscrypt = 300kh/s
scrypt = 740kh/s

My understanding is that the boost doesn't come from tuning gpu and ram frequencies, but from the ram brand itself, whereas Hynix is the best, but mine have Elpida. You can confirm this by telling us what brand your ram is
