I am having issues with the musicoin wallet. I was mining to this wallet and successfully transferred 3500 from it, since the transfer roughly 6300 coin have not hit my wallet. The wallet is synced with the network but no coin.  Sad. I checked the blockchain and the coins are there but not in my wallet

What version of wallet do you use? Are there Russian, Spanish and other languages? If no, than download last version 1.0.1 here (https://github.com/Musicoin/desktop), make full synk and you'll see your coins

Could someone please give Cryptopia nodes to add to their wallet as it is now down and has been out of sync for two days now. I cant even get anyone on the Discord server to even respond to the issue.

https://explorer.musicoin.org/accounts not show TOP accounts, it shows the whole list in random order.

in the balance column, you can see your balance is not increasing for all his payments with the red warning icon.

tell that pool's owner to pay you because he as well can see in his wallet that he has more coins because of the failed transactions.

there is nothing wrong with the page. he should know what "out of gas" means.

he needs to pay you manually using more "gas".

Actually i registered by Google Social Login with MSC. So i dont have a clue why an outdated email got in there but well, at least im glad its "just" my fault by forgetting these adress.

Finally i got why my coin ammount got deduced: I pressed that little Star Thingy next to comments, which deduces Coins by doing that.

sounds great man. i think the idea here is that a lot of people are not extremely techie. especially new users, they need support from the community or the devs otherwise it will be challenging to retain the userbase.

Dear Musicoin Support,

im here to tell you something i was recently very disappointed to read. It came by your Service. So at first, letme tell you how it came to it :

Im Member in different S.N. Artist Groups. Some Days ago another Artist posted in one of those groups his Tracklist of Musicoin. I actually liked his music and streamed his list up and down for several hours. To this point i never registered to Musicoin neither i read their Whitepaper / anything about it. When i was watching those playlist several days later, i noticed the Ads about Musicoin and Atomic Records. So i clicked them , got into it and registered by myself.

At first i thought this is a real cool concept which truly can stand his ground vs big players like google / YT. I uploaded a track, which i created by myself. I was going through the verification process, like everyone else.
I felt lucky when i noticed the 250 SMC Welcome Bonus in my account and thought "Yeah , very generous company !". Also i smiled when i noticed , shortly after my upload , the first comments and listeners. Those people also had a profile on MSC , they were Artists like me. I got a little excited about the fact that, when i got to bed, i already had 5 Comments and 9 "Plays" and total 259 Coins.

Next Day , i woke up , did my usual stuff. When i was done, i went to my computer, noticed that i forgot to close the window with the tracklist of the Artist who brought me to MSC initially.
I closed it , went to my SMC Profile and noticed , in Horror , that my earned Coins where gone. I felt back to the original Welcome Bonus of 250 SMC (which i still have).

So to make this clear , at this point:
I got real Listeners whose attention came by SMC Site itself to my profile. I did not spam that one Track i uploaded to SMC anywhere. I did not listen to my own music. I registered the previous day.

I went to my gmail account , found this email:




So at first i want to know :

Why my IP got flagged ? For listening to others Artists Music too excessively Huh Why you cant code something like that one IP is only allowed to listen to X-Ammount of Tracks instead of flagging them ??
What happened to my coins , that i earned by my own content in a totally legit way ? They got deducted because of ... ?

And especially interested i am in :

Also the other Email they have sent this to (trancesymphonizer@freenet) is the Email Adress of another Customer ? It is not related to me or my account ?

You wanna tell me that you reveal Customer-Email Adresses in your Mass-Banning-Emails ? So those guy has my Email Adress too now ?
And at least : What will happen if some Troll doesnt like my music and starts setting up his 200 VPS on my tracklist ? Will i get banned and all my coins deducted too ?

this is a very good real world feedback. i hope musicoin developers will provide some response.

I am very interested to know how musicoin platform verifies real vs fraudulent clicks to prevent abuse e.g. shared IP addresses.

User confidentially is also very important and I am surprised about how you broadcasted such mails when emailing via "bcc" is a very common practice pretty much everywhere.

Finally, i hope there is an official way to contact you for real support to make musicoin's service more "professional" so that artists will take it seriously.
