I tried to make a comment on the Mazacoin fb page, but it disappears. That page stopped being active on the 11th.

I hope they get their heads out of their asses soon. This coin could be worth 100s of millions of dollars, provide a financial cushion to the Lakota and make people (me) rich. Not sure how they got so far, seemed to put it together and then just let everything go to hell. It would be strange scam because the devs didn't take the pre-mine and now with the value tanking it is barely worth taking anyway. This is the only coin I've seen that seemed to have any sort of official/semi-official existence instead of being something put together in a dorm room or a cheap apartment somewhere. Eventually some other country/city/tribe etc. will put out a really official altcoin. I'm reading forums, on altcoincalendar, etc. every couple of hours waiting for that. The Mazacoin FUDsters at first seemed like the usual haters, competition, whales manipulating the price by scaring people, etc. but sadly they seem to have been correct (even if oddly persistent when there are hundreds of other scam coins to go after).

It's because people keep mining mazacoin even after the price tanked. A lot of people, myself included, believe that there is the potential for a long-term future for this coin. Everyone knows that most others won't be around after a while, and they stop paying attention. Could go that way with mazacoin but it's anything but a sure bet at this point. So it will keep attracting trolls.

If you try to add up the time it's taken them to read through and write all their posts then that adds up to a fair bit of commitment and time devoted to this coin! Which suggest to me one of three things

It's hard to say why P. Harris is so liked and then again so hated among the community.

We have investers that call him fraud, and miners that are determined he is a fraud and dump all the fresh mined coins to the market. Timing the dump to the peak of a starting bull phase. Hmmm.. I might have to ask the Wizard of Oz to write an article about all this.
