We are the ones we've been waiting for
Had been a way from the thread since the dev's coin dump - how was trust restored (assuming it was)? And what are the safeguards against another future dev dump?

All funds were either sent to escrow or deposited into community controlled accounts. We are in the process of setting up a public ledger to enable as much transparency and accountability to the community as possible.

So what's the safeguard against another "wild-cannon" dump? Are we still in a situation where we're trusting one individual not to surprise-dump?

No, the remaining funds have been escrowed by poloniex. And even releasing 1 NHZ requires the approval of all the team members. You can check them out at the forums (pizpie is one of them), but there are more amazing people on the board.

NHZ at 2000 nodes. Pretty damn good  after only a few months relative to bitcoin's 7000 nodes. It will interesting to see how node count progresses with price on the rise.

NHZ: http://explorer.nhzcrypto.org/?page=graphs&graph=nodes&offset=30d

Bitcoin: https://getaddr.bitnodes.io/

How will NHZ deal with sustaining network nodes when all of the bounty NHZ are dished out? I suspect a few years max but inevitable.

Anyone else find the forum pages and block explorer to load quite slowly lately?

how to get 666 NHz ?..
i already set up node,..but never get coin

Check your node is seen by network at http://explorer.nhzcrypto.org/?page=nodecheck
If everything is OK, "Uptime until next payout" will show when you'll receive your 666 NHZ.

the info is just'' no answer''
whats wrong with my set up

did you add your ip address and hallmark to your config file? port 7774 should be open too.

you can use this tutorial http://forum.nhzcrypto.org/index.php/topic,6.0.html

My recent article introducing NHZ to my readers:

Let me know if I missed anything (or if you spot any typos!)

Breasal I have around 300k and its been like 10 days or so, since I received any sort of dividend.

Log on to #NHZ IRC and ask mods or check support thread on forum. Sorry, I'm not working on the backend of this precious coin.  Grin

You can have the 'run.bat' file running in the background without your web wallet open, and you will receive payments.

Don't forget the forging pools, reduces randomness and doesn't require your nhz client to run

Node bounty -> nhz needs to be running
Forge (PoS)  -> nhz needs to be running
Stakeholder bounty -> paid out anyway

Okay but Forge (PoS) is the random  thing like with NXT. So leaving all your NHZ in a coldwallet will sufficiently generate a stady stream of income when the stakeholder script runs (every 24h).

Just to understand this fully: Do you have to have your wallet running 24/7 to receive the dividend or will even a coldwallet get dividends normally each day?

interesting question - would like to know that as well?
The wallet must be online as the sense of this bounty is not only distribution but also securing the network by a high number of nodes.
