In my opinion you are contradicting yourself. Two hours of work is NOT a large amount of work and you should not get paid a hundred days worth of bounty. That is a laughable small amount of work for the rewards given.
You need to present this into context, going back in posts and I don't even see who or what you are referring too.

I read somewhere that it takes up to 24h before you get credited. Just be patient.
It takes 1440 blocks.

Is there any rule to receive dividends? Every day I receive 666 NHZ, but not dividens.
Need at least 3650 NHZ registered on your account
The stakeholder bounty script is now running for the first time.
It reads all balances b, and pays out (b*0.1)/365 NHZ every day.
Payouts are delayed one minute to spread the fees over multiple blocks.

Breasal I have around 300k and its been like 10 days or so, since I received any sort of dividend.

Check your node by putting your server ip address in node-check link above. Are all readings "OK"?
If all is ok (matiching hallmarks and online) you will see the line "uptime until next payout". If it is negative (i.e. -200) this means that your payout will come but scrypt is backlogged by 200 minutes. If all is online and ok, you will get your precious NHZ.

Great news and it put an end to the undervaluation of the last times.
I have been running nodes since the first days and I like this coin because of:
- The bounties
- milestone reached: 10% of NHZ have been distributed!
- The possibility to join an take part in the distribution over a long time, even today
- NHZ asset exchange charts http://www.cryptoassetcharts.info/markets/show/nhz
- The DAC Gateway to trade other currencies like bitshares X
- 10% dividends to stakeholders
- The large number of nodes
The number of hallmarked nodes increased dramatically over the last weeks
Lets go for it and make this coin a success!

I have 5 DO nodes running and they work great. I chose the $5 debian server out of the NY 2 venue. I suggest that you choose the server closer to your home but any will work.
