Just read this ... looks promising for NHZ trades. Might be awhile yet before Crypto-Gateway is up and running though. No timeline.

For some more free coins try the faucet.
If you want to earn more you have to do something for it, we're primarily looking for marketing guys at the moment. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people out there who didn't hear of NHZ yet and could and would want to contribute, but I have no idea how to reach them :/ See here

Any estimate for launch date yet?
Crypto-Gatway will launch most likely this weekend. The first week(s) the process will be done manually, then later a webinterface with automatic deposit/withdrawal will be made available if everything goes smoothly. We will see. I am excited!

That's all luck. If you forge a block, you get all the fees of transactions included in it.
Most blocks are empty currently, because not many transactions are happening.
The block he forged only included one transaction, but this was a movement of 4 Million NHZ to the sale account, with a resulting default fee of 4000 NHZ.

You start forging as soon as you unlock an account.
There's a countdown in the "blocks" section that indicates the forging is active.
