Could you write this routine? It can finally put the mystery fee-to-be debate to bed. So far nobody has claimed this fee as it never seems to occur.

Not to add any fuel to this fire but anyone can review the GITHUB source and see that their have been fees in place from the beginning.  From early 2015 until now, I've personally seen fees associated with NYC transactions.  You can see for yourself if you take a stroll through the blockexplorer.

NewYorkCoinMiner is correct in that their have been some forks and various devs playing with the code over the years.  It's really nice of Charlie Kartchner to offer to reimburse those fees.  

Perhaps someone will write a routine to display blocks with fees and the associated change address that payed the fee.  It would make the reimbursement verifiable and easier for Charlie.   Follow that with a routine to auto-reimburse any future transactions encountered.  Of course, given the current codebase, these low amount reimbursements would be subject to a fee and Charlie would need to reimburse himself.  If this were to continue, all his NYC could be depleted and in the hands of miners.

Again,  I'm not here to start anything ... Just want to see closure to this subject/debate.  Just read the code.

Bud, NYC has been in use for 4 years. AND NO FEES EVER! There have been numerous forks, numerous wallets used and a variety of pool operators playing with the network throughout the years. If fees are ever encountered, CHARLIE KARTCHNER at The New York Coin Center will personally reimburse. Consumers and businesses will NOT ENCOUNTER FEES. But if they did, then those fees reprised*** (***if ever to occur) will be refunded immediately. Just send txid/hash to [email protected].

Reading comprehension clearly isn't your strong point.

Your personal obsession fixating on discrediting the earliest and longest supporter of NewYorkCoin is an intetesting tactic but irrelevant to value and usability of NewYorkCoin. You can't find a single thing to discredit NYC, because there are no negatives for NewYorkCoin. So you decide instead to write defamatory and ridiculous posts about the earliest and longest supporter of NewYorkCoin who has done, and likely will continue to do, the most to raise awareness of the existence of NYC. Hold for the next run, and then hit the road. The "January effect" was just the first of many many more spikes in awareness to come!

No one's discrediting early accomplishments. The emphasis was on the timeline in which they were accomplished and the lack of recognition for the community, that has only been beneficial, being bashed and bombarded with childish "I'm right and you're wrong" debates. You alone are causing the division that everyone sees and you are blatantly turning away supporters who are benefitting the cause. I'm not following the logic or the "pragmatic" approach. It's unnecessary and childish. And the multi-personality thing you have going on is unnerving and questionable for someone people should be trusting. Check out nycoin.community site and discord. Formed a community after Jan run and got some dev updates started. Changed logo and they promote "very low fee" -vs- NO FEES, due to the dust-spam security written into code.

Just opened the NEW YORK COIN CENTER in Manhattan and a local supporter, James Burrell, is speaking to a crowd of tech writers, supporters and novices tonight at eBay in Manhattan.

Wow! I'm away from this forum for a couple months and it looks like a war zone. Can someone with real knowledge break this down? What the hell is going on?

Disinformation about the mean scammer early miner with a tiny shop can be rebutted simply by reading the NYC forums and checking off the accomplishments one by one.

I believe that the owners of the pools will very quickly make a decision and will warn the ruffian.
For this, there is the NYC community. As for me, I will personally personally contact one of the founders from 2014 and the owner of the main official pool http://nyc.mypool.club/index.php and https://hobbyistpool.ddns.net/nyc/  to solve this problem.

However, the court of the community needs evidence.
Spread it out.In this branch there is one more scoundrel offended by Freud.
He allegedly did not get to pay several hundred thousand coins.

We have a community and a common goal.

The way I'm reading everything, the new Community you bash constantly has accomplished more in the last 4 months than you have in the past 4 years. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm seeing more of an ego problem than a community problem. I mean one miner who has done nothing but scam and put out false promises and informatiin vs. a wide variety of individuals all working towards the growth and prosperity of NYCoin, oh and they actually have level headed, reasonable and credible developers. Hmmmmm? What is there to debate? Ask yourselves one question, is the word of one man worth following over the word of thousands? The answer is very simple. I for one will NOT follow a midlife crisis with the personality of a moody teenager that's soul purpose is his own self gain (all of which he's proven on numerous occasions) but you are free to make your own judgement calls and decisions.
