Indeed PRN TOKEN PRE-RESERVATION goes very well! Our real ICO will only be done after the platform is fully functional. This way our token will be a "Utility Token" which has nothing to do with "Securities" which gives a lot of flexibility and reduces compliance risks.
Guys, the success is around the corner!
PR.network is so unique and different. Not only it will publicly measure the public opinion incentivising people for staying active, but it will allow the community to attach and exchange value to everything that exists. Why is the link/mail with announcement distributed like this actually, there is no advantage over registering earlier right?
I suspect because they wanted early adopters to show demand exist before going to this forum. As for pro-rata, they may want a broad distribution to build community, rather than first-come which would merely lock coins to early adopters.

What's the use of distributing the link like this actually? There doesn't seem to be any advantage for early birds.
They can register earlier, but it doesn't really matter when you register right?

We reserve 100.000 of PRN from the Pool for Bounty Programs - (DevOP support) to incentivize the first 200 Community members who create the first comments on PR Cards.
The prize: 500 PRN per member! (500 PRN (Prize) x 0.2 USD (Nominal TOKEN Price) = 100 USD!
A minimum of 20 comments (not replies) with a positive or at least neutral PR is required in total.
To qualify all comments must be:
- a minimum of 200 Characters long

You should not allow EDIT of comments since you are allowing people to vote&reply on it. Just DELETE and REPLY. Even in BTT, the replies embed the prior content in the reply in case a user changes the original post.

Why are you sending out emails/links with the ico details on different dates per level? What's the use when you are distributing it pro rata anyways and probably nobody gets to buy what they want?
I was wondering this too. And, how will you know that the people have the funds to follow thru with their bid? If you think it will sell out, then you just bid more than you really want (or can pay for).Every reservation will require a portion of the reservation to be confirmed in ETH, BTC equivalent at the second stage. Hopefully, reservations will be just for the Community ICO. If we manage to have reserved the entire 3.000.000 of PRN it will provide us with 50 ETH. More than enough to complete the entire platform. We need a min. of 25 ETH. If we do so we can go ahead with the public Pre-ICO and ICO to support mainstream adoption and further App and API development.
This is still a small community but we hope with your help we can make that happen!
