The market of the Internet of things sensor is very huge and the prospect is extremely wide, and I believe that DataBroker DAO can be the leader of the block chain in this field.

What are the functions of the token in the project?
Token is used as a payment method for buying and selling sensors on the platform. It’s a necessary element of the system.

My friend told me about this project I loved the idea. I wanna know for myself what markets are gonna be interesting for the platforms and who is gonna be interested in the product. Do you think researchers, educational organizations, authorities?
The project is gonna be interesting not only for IoT-sensors owners but also companies that would like monetize data controlled product. Of course there are a lot more potential customers than that. The customer can develop his product without investing money in hardware.
I think that it is not yet possible to foresee exactly who will be interested in the project. People will learn about this gradually, so this can be unpredictable

It’s obvious that the advent of DataBrokerDAO service will give life to other startups, due to the provided information... Tell me, which of them will be the most common? Are there any predictions?

Is there official data on how large the demand for sensors and, accordingly, for the processing of data from European farmers can be?

An important distinction about DataBroker DAO’s potential market size is that we are not looking for the size of the sensor market itself, but the market for the data they emit. Sensor owners purchase
sensors for primary usage because they believe that what they can do with the data is more valuable than the cost of acquiring, deploying and maintaining the sensors. The market for sensors does however provide a clear indication of the amount of data that is available for sale today and in the years to come. Estimating the market size for the data is then a function of estimating the demand for the available data.

Agricultural sector: in Belgium today, 10% of farmers are “techie”. They have a drone flying around and 5-20 sensors deployed and some other automation in place. The sensors include for instance wind, temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, PH level in the soil. They use these to manage their farm and spend between 10-50k euro per year, and DataBroker DAO will provide the possibility to recoup some of this cost.

How many tokens will be sold on the token-sale?

We determine the maximum number of tokens issued to be 225 million. We are selling 48% of total supply, with a hardcap at 108,000,000 tokens.

I don’t quite understand the situation with buyers that will buy data, provided by DataBrokerDAO... It turns out that it can be purchased by anyone who is interested in the state of a particular part of the urban environment, for example? Will it be only one-time purchases of the data block? Or will everything be carried out differently?

I Think that the pricing policy and prices we will see only closer to the final release of the project. Now it is too early to talk about it, because we have very few areas connected to sensors.
OK! But there should be some forecasts of this, after all!
In my opinion, there can be a lot of approaches. The prerequisites for this is a large number of information consumers. The only thing that will be  important to creators is to make competent financial and marketing models. I don't think that's a problem. In general, I believe that for state and municipal structures, the solution can be one, and for commercial – another.

What exactly will the state and municipal structures want to see?
Data used for prediction of the weather, for monitoring the urban environment, for formation of urban initiatives. There will definitely be demand from the research communities and to monitor public transport.
OK! It turns out to be an entire city “pack”?
