Man... That's The kick in the nuts with iron boots... It's bizarre to see "possible scams" outside gambling section. That's why equity crowdfunding is prohibited in many countries. Imagine the size of scammers that will be involved. It only works if death penalty would be stablished or at least the hand cut-off law because this kinda scam is a triple motherf**** cheat.
