I lost my password, is there any way for account recovery?
The original bitcoin fog website has been offline for a long time now. So there is a very high chance you visited or used a phishing/scam website.
Please confirm the domain you visited
Clearnet scam link:
Code:
https://bitcoinfog.site

Tor scam link:
Code:
http://foggedddxlunnaaa.onion

I'm pretty sure I didn't use that link, this was one or two years ago.

I have two account names I would like to be checked if they still exist by the administrator.

At present, there are many popular currency mixers. They have existed for many years. They can stand the test of time. Don't use bitcoin fog to avoid being cheated. I recommend several famous mixers: chipmixer, foxmixer, cryptomixer, bitmixbiz, bitloak, etc [banned mixer] ,

Nostalgia or not just avoid using their service for the sake of avoiding getting scammed. Bitcoinfog is a thing of the past and with what they have done to their latest customers, i don't think you should even have a single thought of trying out their service even if you were sending them cents.

We now have much better mixers which you can use without having to risk getting your money stolen.

Just want to say that I used bitcoinfog 2 or 3 times after my last reply here on this thread. It worked. But probably half a year ago localbitcoins probably blocked bitcoinfog addresses so I wasn't able to withdraw frol LB. I tried to make a new address but that didn't help. I reported to the support of bitcoinfog, but they did't reply, but I don't think that they ever reply to someone. Now I use some other mixer wich is more convenient and lets to mix coins right away since I deposit once it has 2 confirmations. I still have some sort  of nostalgia for bitcoinfog.

I think I should take back the topic I said because I used their service again a few days ago, when my bitcoin was sent to their account, upon arrival, I was prompted: "Unable to log in with the information provided." I think this is an ordinary accident, maybe they are dealing with them, but after a few days I am still at this stage, I found that my bitcoin is already in a foggy day. Who has encountered a similar problem? Are their services still reliable? Many people who found this problem were not found. I can't contact them officially. I think we should re-identify that "this platform is reliable"
I still don't understand why you keep using this shady and scammy mixers, yet we have reliable legit mixers like chipmixer.com?
Just read through 2-3 last pages of this thread and see how much people are complaining here about the service. That should guide you on whether to use them or not

Im use http://foggeduu2ws5bxk5.onion in the last 3 years, all ok. < SCAM!
THIS USER IS FAMOUS FOR PROMOTING FAKE VERSIONS OF OTHER MIXERS.

THIS MIXER IS ALREADY SELECTIVE SCAMMING, BUT USING HIS LINKS IS 100% GUARANTEED LOST COINS.

Thanks for alerting.
I am going to tag him too

Where did you send your coins to anyway? the clearnet site seems to be down .. ? http://www.bitcoinfog.com --- 404.

He must have used this one: https://bitcoinfog.site/
Not sure if it's a clone site or it's still part of them

I guess so. Even then, the .onion listed on there, "http://foggedddxlunnaaa.onion/" doesn't even load in for me. I've waited 5 minutes now, it's still loading.....  Undecided

I really doubt they're still in business, if they are, they've hidden their services extremely well. I still don't understand where you even send your BTC to @vuulkey.

God, I can't calm down. I sent them some bitcoin not long ago. When I quit, the bitcoin in the fog disappeared, but did not reach any address! I still have dozens of coins that need this hybrid service. I need to clean up in a short time to get fluidity. The first time a small amount of bitcoin returned to the fog, I successfully took out my coin, and when I made another second remittance (not too much, about tens of thousands of dollars), the same thing happened! Bitcoin has disappeared from the fog! I haven't reached any of my wallets yet, the transaction didn't happen, there is no record in the blockchain, I gave this feedback to the administrator, I think it will solve my problem soon, just like the first time, but no, I have feedback many times and have not got any answers. This makes me very anxious. I want to ask if this happens often? Or what has been indicated?

The OP of this thread has last been online 3 years ago.

I can't imagine that this service is still running without problems. Why you decided to send tens of thousands of coins to this service i haven't even ever heard of before baffles me.

Why not use a mixer that has a reputable track record?

Its official Scam now.

I also transfered BTC in some significant worth. @official Website.
The BTC showed up in the Fog Wallet , i withdrew it , but it never arrived in any of several withdrawal adresses!

Afterwards , i cannot login anymore since the message declines any access - with my very well known password and retrys for several days.
"Could not login using provided information."

Very disappointing to see honor and reputation isn't worth anything even for an old-timer in this segment.

Will update if I manage to login in the next days . hope dies last.

That's not even the real Bitcoin Fog. It's a phishing website.

Basically, you got scammed by a scammer pretending to be another scammer.
