This is a phishing attempt by a new user, please remove this link and user. The GPG signed message does not verify, and the official twitter account says nothing.

Service moved to new address!

PGP signed message hxxps://SCAMpastebin.com/D6fL34mr

Edit: thanks for the quick follow up !

...

It has been a while since I checked out this thread, but it looks like Fog has actually improved their service to just plain old bad from absolutely horrible.  At least they are sending to some of the folks up-thread.  Even if it takes days, but that might be better in some ways (delay helps obscure BTC transfers).

Still, I would think bitmixer.io's TOR service should be better, but I have only used their service "in the clear".

Same here! Deposited last week, still does not show up on my account  Sad  I have previously used Bitcoin Fog on numerous occasions with no issues but this time I am losing hope.

A reply or an update from bitcoin fog admins would be much appreciated.

I made a deposit yesterday and it still hasn't showed up. I honestly thought this service was reliable. No answer from support either and apperently no response on this forum as well. Sad!

I was finally able to log in yesterday and tried to withdraw my btc on my account.

They dissappeared from my account alright, but looking up the btc-adresses on blockexplorer and blockchain, nothing was sent (and nothing was received in my wallet). Gotta say I've given up on that money (which I very much needed, lost my job..)

I have used BTCF since my first days on TOR. I'm sorry to say so but my advice to everyone is to stay the hell away.

Sorry for shitty English, it's not my first (or second) langue Smiley

Peace

update: I received my money after a few days. My impression is that that somehow, some transactions are delayed as hell - and in the meantime, the user (understandably) gets pretty f-ing angry, and post posts such as my own in frustration.
I'm not saying I would use the service again (and I'm not telling any of you what to do) but, in the end, I got my money. If those who have written more or less critical posts and actually got their money in the end would kindly try to return on here and say so...  my guess is they don't scam anyone, but they do have a shitty or nonexistent customer support and if this is a technical issue of some sort- get the fuck out there and say so.

Thanks

deposit to bitcoinfog not credited, after 1 day and over 70 confirmations.... Will update here if this problem is solved. Hope it will be this week.

Last week also experienced the problem with delayed withdrawals due to low mining fees. Solved after 3 days of waiting, again, by the will of some magnanimous miner. Not really bitcoinfog's fault there, but they could have replied to the messages.

Although, to be fair, the miner wasn't necessarily so magnanimous and more likely only just safeguarding his best interests. If the btc ecosystem would start leaving transactions up in the air like this because of low fees indefinitely, btc would rightfully drop in value drastically, leaving the way wide open for other, more leftist e-coins Smiley

I have used this service for years and have run into my first problem.  The withdrawal that I scheduled three days ago was fulfilled with transactions using too small a miners' fee given the current transaction pool.  These transactions are still unconfirmed three days later.  I have messaged support through their site but have not yet received any response.  I am posting here as a warning to others.  I will update this post if I hear back from them.

Edit:  After four days, the transactions did confirm thanks to a magnanimous miner.  I still have not received any response from the Bitcoin Fog 'crew'.  I will be using a different mixing service from now on and advise others to do the same.

Update: I logged in again and my balance was mostly gone; waited 14 hours and still have not received any bitcoins.  Still hoping that they are on their way, and the staff received my message and helped to send them.  If I receive the bitcoins I will post here.

Hello I am new to bitcoin and thought bitcoin fog would be a great service for anonymity.  Unfortunately every time I try to withdraw my BTC that I deposited (~0.5 BTC), I get the error message: "WARNING: Entered string "X" was not recognized as a valid bitcoin address. If this is an error, please contact us. No addresses were entered."

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thanks
