You cannot transfer coins directly from old PAC wallet to new $PAC wallet. You need to use the updated version of the old wallet, so called Redemption wallet:

in order to send coins to the redemption address. Here are the instructions:

I have the old paccoin wallet version 1.5.0.

I have backup copies of my paccoin.

Can I transfer them to the new paccoin wallet 1.9, to the most modern version, with my backup of my wallet, from the old version 1.5.0?

the paccoin that I have in the old wallet 1.5.0 serve and are the same current paccoin ?.

then go to explorer, you will recognize your send and the TXID will be right next to it.
I read instructions to save transaction ID but this was not explained.
