Your customer service is not only bad it is cruel. You take my money, cancel my order without notice, put me in the end of the line, remove my account from your store and then stop responding to me altogether. Then today I get this "Newsletter"

But I don't feel right selling an order. The product may never be delivered. If I had the computer then I would consider selling it.
