Finally today they refund me with 1 coupon of 2 , so bad service i don't know why they treat to they costumers like this !!!!!
I still wait for 1 coupon back to my account , I never
I glade that i don't buy from company like this !!!!!
It seems you are asking for the coupon so you can sell or trade since you passed up the offer to just make an order and underpay the coupon amount. The intension of the coupon was not to make you money, it is intended to save you money on your next purchase. But of course in your world the customer is always right, never mind that someone is trying to run a profitable business and that you are trying to exploit a savings they where trying to provide you. Just give you yours right?
Here is an excellent quote from dropt earlier on this thread that will allow you to understand and move on with your life...
"From my time in Bitcoin and ASIC land what I understand is that Chinese business does not care for Western concepts. In China the customer is not always right, and in reality they (customer) could by all accounts go eff' themselves. The idea of hand-holding and end-user support is not something that exists in Chinese business models."
Thank god. Maybe we can erase some of the sense of western entitlement as well. That said, the company that does better hand holding and has equal level of product will win out. But the reality is, the costs in China are much lower, and the smart miner will always go with the cheaper option that delivers, rather than the 'professional customer service'.
That said, if you really want an S2 coupon, I will give you one for free. If you want it to sell it, it won't sell, by the way. I've tried selling them for .01 and no bite, that and they expire in like a week, so what EXACTLY were you planning to do with them, and why are they so important?
