I'm just pleased as punch to announce that the Vulpine Order of Merit now has its seventh member: The Pharmacist

Since the very beginning of the Vulpine Order of Merit, The Pharmacist has always been a strong candidate, his only flaw being that he's just too damn consistent with his meritorious posts, managing to spread them out evenly month to month, never quite accumulating enough in any single month to become eligible for membership in the Order. Until now, that is. Having finally crossed the threshold, it is now time to celebrate the momentousness of his achievement.

Yes, the question is rhetorical; there is no need for merit. This forum is unique in that it has created its own economy. Apparently many have mistaken the intent of the forum, and seem to believe the economic system is the purpose for the forum’s existence. That’s the problem the merit system intends to resolve.
