Well, keeping domain and vps costs some money. With failure of Crypsy the whole idea of PHS became very dubious.
No money from staking, no donation, I guess Palm didn't want to pay from his own pocket.

My last block is 483222. Are we all on the same page or there is a fork?

Yep, his last login was one day before the expiration of the phstones.com domain... which was exactly one year after the release of the latest wallet!

In other POS coins, lack of time sync generates an orphaned block, not a network meltdown.

Besides, I believe everyone is using NTP on the machines and therefore the chances for a time gap are minimal.

Stiil, the fact remains; my nodes are both out of sync! And they have the correct time...
