People are mining solo before the diff goes up then they are mining on the pools
I started solo mining with sgminer.

i had that error on one of the testsystems too. Simply click ok and restart the windows wallet. Should be working and syncing then.

That's a typical error with most qt wallets. They try to open files that don't exist and are created automatically after first launch.
