So its ideal.
No new tokens after ico to be bought for years to come.
Everytime there will be development announced in pillar, tokens will gain value.
I do not think that's those will drop in value.

what will happen to unsold tokens, will burned? or will added as extra bonus to the investors ?
There is no division to the investor I think, maybe the coin will be burned!Just quote about this on the website https://pillarproject.io/terms/

As stated already, we have a fully functional smart contract that has already passed it's audit well before the token sale. It is fully verified on etherscan, and has been for some time now. You can see for yourself here:

I think that I will buy Pillar tokens cheaper after ico will finished. As i see now price of many new ico coins on exchanges much cheaper than at the time of ico. I will not hurry, this is a long-term project and the price will still fluctuate greatly.

As stated already, and as you already know, the token is priced in ETH. This does not fluctuate as USD price fluctuates. 1 ETH = 1 ETH. Period. There is an already audited and verified smart contract, and token distribution is automatic.
Do you even have an ETH smart contract set up for this or do you plan to send all contributors their PLR tokens by hand? How long will that take?
