Update

Proposal to get PIVX added to poswallet.com has passed with community donations to get us added there asap!

Its comes with online wallet with staking, faucet, block explorer, and exchange listing. (On Android soon)
For security they have 2 FA, hot/cold storage, coin servers are only accessible by 1 IP, ddos protection.
Would be a nice service for those who prefer such convenience. I'll post an update when it goes live. Wink

nope, i was just describing how the PoS (staking) works - keep all in one wallet and as long open+online (+encrypted for staking) you as you can

But yeah, my 10k that's staking returns approx 1 mints per day average for past few days.

So basically, what your saying is the top addresses, are able to be staking a block every 101 blocks (every 1 hour and 40 minutes). Seems to me that only pays, to be in the top 101 address, because they will be doing nearly all of the staking if ever hour and 40 minutes they are able to stake a block all over again, if they have more coin weight than addresses with small addresses. Doesn't this seem kind of scammy or too centralized? Correct me if I'm wrong, here. If you only have 101 blocks separating new staking cycle, then there is no guarantee you will ever stake unless your in the top 101 addresses.

The "weight" figure on http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/PIVX/index.php is the value of the coins that were staked. Looks like the current average is about 4470 pivx

if you follow the red line in Stake Weight Spent you can watch next coins to be staked (atm 4400 Pivx), but this is only a median average line - so don't count exactly on it cause coin confirmations also play a role

What I mean is what is a good amount to have to be able to keep staking continually as a regular staker. Let's say I want guaranteed to stake every week, how many coins do I need to have?
