Hey guys

on a side note....I am looking at HOC, I really don't know why IPO decided to pick it up?  what are you guys seeing in HOC that I am missing.  To me HOC seems to be just another POW coin, dev does't seem to know much about how he is going to evolve the coin because most seem unhappy with so many things, low block reward, difficulty in mining, no POS instead this difficult voting system, and a lot point out it is just a BTCS clone.  maybe I am just looking at the bad in in HOC, because I am bias in that I would have liked to see BCC on the pool instead but you guys have called so many good shoots the last month, your thoughts on HOC would be great?  but only after you figure out whats up with BITS of course LOL

thanks again ipo guys

Is this site still being maintained?
I love the concept of it, but lot of the coin stats seem to show it might be running very old wallet software

I have 2 suggestions 1 is SHA-256 called 0X1.  They propose to use blockchain for file sharing and have just been add to thier second exchage, currently @ block  18957.  The other is an new Scrypt coin Bit, the Bitmoney Network Coin, currently @ block 2065.  They aim to be an everyday use retail Crypto and are backed by Gold.   They have yet to get listed but getting added here would be a huge step toward doing so.  Links to both ANN's below.              0X1  : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-0x1-launch-no-ico-no-premine-sha256masternode-filesharing-3250477                                                                                                                              Bit, the Bitmoney Network Coin : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bit-is-a-coin-used-in-the-bit-money-network-platform-2864429

If wanted to hire a mining rig to mine on this pool, where would be a few places to hire one, and what algorithm should I use?

MiningRigRentals.com, NiceHash.com, or any other rental site will work, and you can use any algorithm that ipoMiner supports depending what coin you want to mine: scrypt, X11, SHA256, or neoscrypt currently.
Thanks for answering so quickly, the last time I hired a mining rig was in 2014, and then it was person to person.

When you say I choose the algorithm, I though ipoMiner chooses the coin based on most profitable new issues? I'm looking for a pool that will choose a newly created coin to mine for me, which I'll hold for a while. I guess I should look in the coin ann thread for their pool?

im user sirslayer on your ipominer.com .. where are my mined DNotes coins and sogecoins?? ive been mining at 20 ghash avg and i get my flo coins but no DNotes .. dont tell me they are orphans !!  where are my dnotes!!

There was a problem with scoring of DNote blocks, thanks for notifying - it has been fixed now. DOGE is merged mined, so difficulty is very high as it competes with most scrypt mining power including LTC, etc. - no blocks of DOGE have been found on the pool since June (https://www.ipominer.com/stats?curr=doge).
