Awesome news about the new neoscrypt multiport.

Are we on the wrong SPARK fork or is Bittrex?  Tried to withdraw there several hours ago but nothing...

TrafficCoin (TRFC) has been added on X15 port 3338. This is the first X15 coin we've added since adding in X15 support recently Smiley

If you're using sgminer v5, it is simple to mine X15 -- you would just use "-k x15mod" instead of "-k x11mod" for X11.

Also, I added separate ports for PhoenixCoin and Feathercoin (for when it switches to neoscrypt in ~950 blocks). PhoenixCoin is on port 4400 and Feathercoin will be 4401. Port 3342 will be the neoscrypt multiport, which is currently mining Phoenixcoin but will switch to Feathercoin when neoscrypt mining begins on it.

I am interested in any kind of cloud mining where I can pay for a longterm contract (like Genesis Mining) but I would like to mine new coins, for instance via IPOminer.
Is there any service available?

No, unfortunately. I think the logistical overhead involved makes such a service difficult to run at a reasonable cost.

I am considering offering hosted mining, but haven't found a good way to make the math on it work out favorably for users. If I come up with something, I'll be sure to let you know though Smiley

This week’s HashX payouts have finished being processed and paid out to users. The net profit was 0.00033339 BTC/Mh/day average, with 15.9% higher returns than LTCGear qASIC shares alone would be.

The HashX beta period is still ongoing, with the specially discounted pricing of $7.99/Mh still available if you're interested.

@Jayfek I had the same issue when I started with neoscrypt. The secret apparently is to remove your existing catalyst drivers, install version 13.xx catalyst drivers, run cgminer 3.7.7b with your desired settings so that it generates .bin files, and then re-install version the latest version 14.9 driver (to get optimum performance in all algorithms - you can run neoscrypt on 13.xx at very slightly lower performance than 14.9 yields).

It's quite a pain in the ass, I know - but hopefully that means we can rack up some easy blocks on FTC when it switches Smiley

If you have a 290x, hop on IRC and I can help you with settings.

THE POWER!
But no result... just HW...Sad
Tested all I, g, w, engineclock, memclock variations -  just HW, nothing more.

Since X13 has been pretty quiet lately, I plan on replacing the X13 coin statistics in the site's header with coins that are added across all of those other algorithms.
...

could this be done at the same time? pretty please  Cheesy

...
I'll need to do some modification later today on the frontend to get hashrates to be displayed accurately, and to change worker difficulty settings since 64 as a minimum will be a little high for neoscrypt.

I'm getting connection refused on the neoscrypt port.

Port 3342 should be live for neoscrypt. I think you were trying 3343, which is what I had it incorrectly listed as in the news. (That's been corrected now.)

I'm happy to report that I've found blocks on PhoenixCoin (PXC) now, which means neoscrypt is officially working and ready for mining when Feathercoin switches over Smiley

I added PhoenixCoin today as the first neoscrypt coin on ipoMiner. Feathercoin will be switching to the neoscrypt algorithm in the next few days, so if you're thinking of mining FTC after the switch you can use port 3342 to mine PhoenixCoin to test your setup out.

something wrong with the x 13 port(port 3336)? i been mining with 50m for hour and it only shows 1901KH/s

There isn't anything wrong with the X13 port currently, although sometimes there can be sporadic reporting of hashrate if there are very few people mining. There is a caching layer before shares get submitted to the database, so if there are not many shares being submitted on a coin they don't get written to the database right away. They will still count towards mining of course, but the displayed hashrate may not be as accurate on the site.

I just decreased the number of stratum instances for X13 down to two, so that may help.

I added support for a large selection of new algorithms today: X14, X15, X17, Fresh, Nist5, and NeoScrypt.

Since X13 has been pretty quiet lately, I plan on replacing the X13 coin statistics in the site's header with coins that are added across all of those other algorithms.

The first coin to be added from these new algorithms is GanjaCoin (GANJA), which is an X14 coin. It is now available for mining on port 3337.

If you haven't looked into these algorithms, many of them can be mined using sgminer v5 for AMD GPUs or ccminer for Nvidia. You'll need to specify the kernel that is being used, but otherwise it shouldn't be too hard.

For X14 under sgminer you use -k x14, although some older 6000-series AMD cards may require using "x14old" instead.

Ah so its just some poor luck..  thank you for the update.

 Cheesy

Right. Prior to that we had a run of good luck with DOGE... ~8 blocks in 2 days from Oct 17-18. That's just the way variance works.

Why is there no doge for last two days when there is supposed to be merged mining on scrypt coins?.. i was getting doge etc.. now nothing for two days..

Is it only on specific coins.. shouldn't it be happening on any scrypt coin I mine??

What is the story here?

Dogecoin is merged mined with all scrypt coins we have, that's correct. There's a lot of potential variance with its difficulty being so high though -- it is currently averaging around 11k difficulty. The last DOGE block we found was late Saturday.
