With 2 mins out of 60 mins fee? Or in other words with 3.33% fee! I think I'll stick to the open source NemosMiner with 0,35% fee (5 mins per day) since (1) it's cheaper, (2) I can modify the files in order to optimise it the way I want it, (3) I don't fear if it includes anything malicious inside.
But I guess it's an easier to use tool for newcomers, I'm probably not your targeted customer.

If you go to the pools tab and click on xevian you'll see on the left the coins under that algo. If the coin name is in red the pool is short of that coin and if you hover the coin it show how short of it the pool is.

If I'm mining for something other than BTC or LTC I check daily to make sure the pool isn't going to run out of coins and if it goes red I stop right away now.

The pool is short of XZC by 2. You'll get paid for your balance when the pool finds a block.
Zerg doesn't find many XZC blocks so if that's the coin that you really want you're better off mining for btc or ltc and taking that to an exchange and getting xzc.

Not a problem. Most coins you're good to mine for, but XZC has a crazy high nethash so it's really rare that the diff drops low enough for us to mine it so if you're trying to fill a bag of it I'd definitely go for a BTC payout and buy it on exchange.

How do I get paid?

The pool registered your wallet as a BTC one because your command line was wrong. It should have been -p rig4,c=XVG,mc=XVG.
You need to DM Pinpin with your wallet address so that he can convert it to XVG.
