Hello,

Netcoin is not really guaranteed payout coin, you should watch whenever we have mined enough blocks in a pool. I have managed to push half of it,as this is what we had at a pool. For rest, you should wait until we mine more NETcoins

hi zergpool team,

your x17 algo has many orphaned blocks, but the advertised mining profit is high.
is this why pending line in the profit chart many times dropped for unknown reasons?

i am trying to exclude x17 for testing for now.
i have to say this pool gave me way less earnings than ones with fees for now.

Those orpahs are indeed sometime unavoildabe in quick chains like VERGE. Please also complement your analysis with actual earnings on algo. It is +/- the same as other pools.
And it of course depends on luck as well, whenver we find blocks.

E.g. we found 2 DASH with very little hash on x11 during last 24h. Which is alsmot twice more profit as estimated in x11 algo for example.

Hope this clarifies a bit more.

Hello, I have been mining at your pool for a week. And it turns out i mined significantly less than i would on nicehash. Is there anything im doing wrong ? cause as I understand I should be making here more. I'm using 12 1080 ti

Unfortunately I have the same experience. But see the same at miningpoolhub and ahashpool. Until some weeks ago I was mining neoscrypt at Nicehash and because of their high fees I was thinking that I would earn more when mining at a pool with zero fees but unfortunately that's not the case.

I really love this zergpool and kudo's to pinpin who is really working hard to provide us with a great pool but every time I do a comparison with Nicehash, Nicehash earns significant more.

Hi pinpins!

So i am trying this pool for the first time and i've got an issue of hours of inactivity starting to show up quite frequently.

My wallet : MSzyGNMY6nah63N7CtENcJZ4zZT6fxUWFq

https://gyazo.com/07b8d90308b0b0cd51f1921af5c03997

As you can see it's flat two times for about an hour.

https://gyazo.com/aae9779b9c2a2c60987d11fe27c541ca

Also it's mining the same coin which supposed to give shares every ten minutes or so...

Can you tell me what's going on ?

this is because this pool is very bad, having too much problems since it launched

STRATUM servers are not working well, so miners get IDLE for hours making everyone loose a lot of money and time

this is really bad, its almost impossible to make to payment threshold to get paid and leave running from here

AND THERES NO OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM POOL OPERATOR, people keep coming to this pool just to find out about this problems when they already loose money

Well finally i figured that i was hashing in some big blocks wich took the hashrate to another algo which i didn't saw and then when the block was found i got rewarded but still... I haven't been trying too hard

I'm chill. Wink

I want to be a supporter and miner of Zergpool. I dig the 0% fees.  I just want to understand the situation of my pending dropping enough to offset the chart with a little bit of a nosedive (whatever was being exchanged probably tanked by the time it made it through confirmations and got exchanged.  I'm also curious about what would seem like a slightly higher amount of slippage in the pending amounts.

I wrote a little app that checks my balance every few minutes just to compare.  Any while it may be apples to oranges in some regards, there definitely seems to be considerably more slippage at Zergpool right now than the others that I've tried.  Zpool comes next with smaller slippage, but still enough to be noticeable.  Others are more in line with what I would expect - some very slight slippage/gain based on exchange rates as coins are confirmed and exchanged - probably due to larger pools being able to complete blocks and therefore get to and complete the exchange process faster as well or even something like different coins taking longer/shorter for confirmations.

This says to me (and I'm just making a complete guess) that Zergpool is either not big enough yet to dump the exchange the coins fast enough to avoid the slippage, or suffering from some other aspect causing the higher than expected slippage.  It's still small numbers but after mining for a couple of hours and then stopping to watch the pending dwindle down over the next 90+ minutes, it was enough to be noticeable.

I'm only comparing a small sample set of around ~6 pools and small time amounts, so it's not scientific or anything. I understand there's a myriad of factors that can influence it.  It'd just be nice to know - esp if there's a factor that we can change to our advantage such as picking a different coin more likely to get confirmed faster, or with a shorter TTF, or that Zergpool finds/processes faster.

TLDR: I just like getting the whole picture.  Smiley

Cool :-)

What makes zerg special is the amount of coins mined.
From 1 side this means that you CAN get more more reward but
you CAN also get much less reward.
The 0% fee means nothing. I personally prefer to pay for good service
and i don't think that  a donation pool can work well.
A 0.9% fee to put it bellow all the others is reasonable and welcomed.
I think it's better to compare a full week or at least 2-3 days.
Anything else it's probably not enough

UPDATE

1. I have been conducing number of improvements on stratum backend, like CPU and RAM limits
2. Managed to improve coin trade lead time on exchanges, especially for coins with stable exchanges like cryptopia.

What's up with x17 Verge showing zeroes on expected? Right now we are mining Shield, which is way less profitable!

2 Pinpins - Again the pool does not work (How to change the pool in the miner to Europe ?! It turns out that part of the time the miner simply does not work ( Complete the pool at last, take the fee 0.5-1%, but that it is stable. I'm already thinking about switching to other pools

Men, chill out, all the pools have problems from time to time.
Leave your balance for now and come back in a few days or a week.
It's only a "bit" of bitcoins or litecoins.
You will not get rich from 0.01 BTC.
keep positive and change the pool if you feel the need.
Have fun and good mining

pinpins - can you answer my question about why there was such a significant drop in pending?  I understand that there are market fluctuations, however I have never seen my pending drop by that much at any other pool.  Was there some delay in exchanging those coins that allowed the value to drop that much that before they were exchanged?

Thanks, I will try ti investigate your case and that drop in between
