AS you see it went down a bit, but then recovered more rapidly from 0.0008 to 0.0010. AGain check your coins set, and respective prices on exchanges during last 24h. Must be fluctuations.

Blue line, which is balance goes only up

Balance is blue line, and it goes only up. PEnding can fluctuate because of actual prices at exchanges, which are fetched frequently. Check you coins set and their prices during last 24h.

Yes it was pending, but I have not ever seen it drop like that on any other pool. The dip is still visible on the 24h chart for a bit, and basically erased the equivalent of more than one 1080 Ti's workload for the day. Is Zergpool unable to exchange coins quick enough to avoid such significant drops? Just asking because I don't see those drops at other pools so I wanted to know what would have caused it.

I also kept experiencing connection issues for the ports associated with Lyra2REv2 and Neoscrypt last night as well.

ZERGPOOL IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE

PROBLEMS WITH STRATUM PERSIST, this has been the same for several days,

STRATUMS FAIL TO CONNECT, MINERS STAY IDLE FOR HOURS, LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY LOST

how are we supposed to get to the payments threshold if the pool never work?

just want my payments so i can leave here as fast as possible

@pinpin you are working with peoples money here, this is not a game...

this pool had so much potential but instead it has been a pain over and over again... big waste of time and money

everything cause of bad configured DDoS protection...
no other pool has this problems

Hello, I have been mining at your pool for a week. And it turns out i mined significantly less than i would on nicehash. Is there anything im doing wrong ? cause as I understand I should be making here more. I'm using 12 1080 ti

UPDATE

1. I have setup another DDoS protection for US stratum now. It must be way more better, as I expect it. It is completely different level of service there. Please give it a try and revert back if still encounter some issues

dont know if this helps but in sniffdog you have to use -location europe not eu

It doesn't depend on the algorithm, it happens randomly.

2. First of all I have introduced second endpoint located in Europe europe.mine.zergpool.com. If you are in Europe you can mine there for better latency, and also as backup in case mine.zergpool.com acting up.
3. If you hit stratum_subscribe issue, please take a 2 screenshots one against US server and EU servers at the same time period (2-3 mins) and send it to me, that would be really appreciated in order to prove DDoS protection aggressiveness.
4. Nevertheless I did many TCP tweaks to improve situation on backend also. Don't know if this will help going forward, please let me know if it is again acting up. But then it is important to get that proof doing screenshots.
