Once that are gained from investment and the other is the free coins that are get from airdrop.

Yes, you're right that our tokens will have the different price! You will be able to trade AZ token on our platform Azbit Global and on other decentralized and centralized exchanges. Yes, or as an option - just issue two of your tokens within the one exchange. Now a lot of crypto exchanges are not able to provide trading liquidity – there’s a shortage of assets. Azbit will need to provide trading on two exchanges at once, plus the functioning of the whole ecosystem.
Unfortunately, these options are unpromising, we’ve carefully studied everything. If you issue one token for dividends and discounts at the same time, the sanctions of the regulators will follow. Yes, indeed, the commission will increase. Or, it would be better to say - the discount for paying commission fees will decrease over time. In the first year the holders will get a discount of 75%, in the second - 50%, then year-by-year - 25%, 10%. And from the fifth year (after May 12, 2022), the discount will remain fixed - 5%.
