The search system based on the specialists’ database for companies is built on the basis of the presence of confirmed competencies for the user. Completely automated evaluation standards are being introduced for certification processes.
Based on criteria and systems for assessing skills, it becomes possible to form a modular training system. For this purpose, courses and educational programs are aggregated on the platform, allowing to quickly form and expand competencies both for traditionally demanded and for project specific applications.
Protection and confidence in the data is provided by the use of blocking technology. Each result of the assessment and certification of knowledge is retained in the detachment, which makes it practically impossible to manipulate these data.
