I've seen someone asking something similar yesterday. This was the reponse:

'If it's not reached, then all actives will be refunded. This is the way how Smart Contracts programmed.

If Soft Cap would be reached with the minimum limit, then we need to find the most rational way to use those tokens which are left. Most of them will be burned for sure, but I don't think this is necessary to liquidate them all (that's my personal view)

But the final decision is up to the team.'

Let's say I bought 1.000 NRG with 50% bonus right now. The soft cap for the pre-tge will not be reached, I get a refund right? So i have to buy again in the TGE round without 50% bonus. Or did I get it completely wrong?
