Neural networks developed by Skychain will be encrypted. It means that nobody will have access to them and wont be able to work with them, right?

Well if it was this way then Skychain wouldnt make any sense. Encryption has nothing to do with the access to neural networks for users. Dont you worry.
I think it’s obvious that encrypted ANN can’t be used if, for example, they were stolen. Miners’ rights and medical data suppliers’ rights are protected this way.  So they can get commission from the usage of neural networks that they helped creating.
Does it mean that the system is not perfect and can be hacked?

I love that fact that you’e created the platform for medical data providers! But do you think it is going to be more advantageous than what they already have?

Neural networks is well protected  but what about medical data that are dowloaded? Are they going to be encrypted?

In the future there are  definitely going to be new neural technologies. Are you planning to use them on the platform?

Why is there such a big gap between pre-ICO and ICO?
Most probably they need this time to run the marketing campaign for ICO

I see a lot of potential in the platform for training machine learning algorithms. Today all this coin mining going on is such a waste of resources. It would be great if those resources were spent in useful computations for society.

At what violations of the rules you can block an account of any user? And can you somehow later cancel the block?

If users will download ready-made neural networks to your network, will you somehow check them? By what criteria will you evaluate?

When a company has competitors in the market with a similar principle of work, how do you plan to deal with them in order not to lose leadership in this area?

Good afternoon! Will only specialist with a lot of experience or also beginners be able to work on the platform of Skychain, train and “improve” their  hand?

Somehow it sounds unrealistic that IBM does not manage to create even a thousand medical neural networks, but Skychain will manage to create tens of thousands. The levels of companies are simply not comparable, and the difference is so huge. Unfortunately, it is hard to believe.
The reason for all this lies in the approach of companies to work in this market. IBM creates all the neural networks on its own, it requires a lot of resources. Skychain plans to involve several parties for this purpose, which will work together.
That is, with this approach, will resources be much less?
No resources are required from Skychain at all. Someone will provide the workings of neural networks, some data for their learning, and someone else's computing resources for the very learning process provided by the data. Skychain will act as an intermediary in this environment.
I think there should be some more features, right? Otherwise, these parties could organize the same cooperation on their own.
If you organize such cooperation without Skychain, then the probability of fraud of one of the parties is high. Skychain will exclude the possibility of fraud.
So, each party for getting such mediation will have to pay some commissions or a fixed monthly fee?
