If the soft cap isnt collected on the ICO, will the pre-ICO participants get their money back?

I love that fact that you’e created the platform for medical data providers! But do you think it is going to be more advantageous than what they already have?
They dont have anything now. Skychain is a first of its kind. No competition yet anywhere in the world.

I dont like the fact that i’ll have to pay a fee in order to access the platform. What if I dont want to use it? Maybe i just wanna to observe the range of services. Perhaps i even wont succeed to find what I need.
Who told that the developers ask anyone to pay for access to the platform? You’ll pay only for use of neural networks. It means that you pay nothing if you dont use them.
