I noticed that when I look for bounties, I am more eager to click on ICOs that did an airdrop before. Its because I recognize the ICO name and it sounds familiar. So I think it will have the same effect when you buy tokens in ICO.

I think for REPU team themselves need to decide concrete ICO dates and don't pose the question in whitelist form. I don't think that someone would like what his funds to be frozen for indefinite time.
