Yes, I too think that CLICKGEM team could face some problem when a large number of people start using this coin and it's demand increase as they will not be able to maintain the features they have mentioned like low transfer fees. I would like to ask if they have any solution to it.

You are right, cryptos price is very unpredictable. If those coins have a lot of supporters and serious investors so there is a high chance that they can pump the price of it. It really depends on the features of the project and how devs will handle it to get more exposures and to increase its popularity. With clickgem now there is a chance that many people will join this project.
