I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but I just have a hard time giving my love to this coin when the dev's Engrish is so terrible!
This is a scam. Regardless of the illusionary nonsense in the OP, there is no way government regulations would allow a website to act as a Crypto/Fiat exchange without compliance to regulations as a Money Service Buisness, which take YEARS to get around, just like it did for Cryptsy in the US. My guess it you will mine the coins send them to his website and they will be dumped as soon as this gets added to an exchange.
