Developer appears to be active again and is fast tracking superblocks/governance, as well as working on an algo change to lyra2z. Looks good for this coin if all of that is done.

This coin is notorious for having some reaaaaaaaally long block times.
Devs need to look into and address this ASAP.

difficulty doesn't adjust on next block?
what about hash power? are hashers jumping in and out because of multipools?
@feathercoin has a good algorithm called eHRC that adjust difficulty more gradually over time.
@digibyte also has good difficulty algorithm adjuster too

This project is very interesting and attracts more people want to participate. Rapture of the project strategy is great, it paid very quickly and safely. I think this is a perfect project and has great potential in the future.
