We post here and to social media about everything that we're doing, but rather than just devs posting about the project, it can really help having other people posting on other platforms as well. To encourage more of this activity, we're offering up a bounty of 33 RAP for each post about the project.

A few guidelines;

- Write a post in an official board. Minimum 5 sentences in a "normal" verbiage. Language can be localized. Shouldn't feel spammy, if there are aspects of the project or what we're doing that you like, roll with that.

- We can offer up a few suggestions on good forums to post in, we'll post some suggestions in the social-media channel in discord.
- The link from the post can be posted in the discrod social-media channel. lastchange/secsi will approve the post.
- We'll award 33 RAP for each post. We'll update this post if that ever changes. Right now we'll set maximum of 10 posts per-person, but will consider raising this. It may take us a day or so to get bounties setup, but we'll have you covered! If there are quite a few, then we'll batch them together and send once a day.

The new wallet works perfect. Really without problems, once synced it's so stable.

And I installed the Android wallet too. Thanks for this. I'm so happy with this mobile wallet! I heard from a IOS wallet in the next time, it's correct?

Glad to see a new version of the wallet. I will give me it a try later and post if I have any feed back. But, I don't think there will be any to post. Because it has been well tested it.

CharityNodes are one of our project's ways of aiming to provide support to charities and non-profits via the blockchain. They're funded and maintained by the team. It's also a way of encouraging charities and NPOs to start learning about and using the blockchain.

Anyone can run a regular masternode, and we currently have 765 Masternodes on the Rapture network.

Here's a status update the I had posted to Discord yesterday:

Martin and I are at about 98% with the iOS wallet, should be ready to submit to Apple in the next couple of days. We'll announce once it's been officially submitted for validation. Once that's sent off, I'll be back on the whitepaper to finish it up. Once the whitepaper is out there, it will be about making the best push possible to get as much visibility as possible. The website won't be completely updated at that point, but I'm ok with that. We'll have a strong whitepaper that matches the new look, and even though the current website is previous visuals, the one thing it does have is a good amount of content regarding airdrops, charitynodes, etc.......so many crypto websites are the same one-page talking about Privacy, Speed, Security, etc.....we have a decent variety of content and updates,  even though it's the previous look+feel. With the whitepaper and app submission done, we're going to go as full on as we can with exchange listing requests......submitting at new exchanges, and circling around on previous submissions from several months back. We'll do as best we can at trying to get visibility on what we're trying to do with Rapture. If anyone has any suggestions on effective pr platforms, whether it be via ads or social media, please DM them to me and we'll add them to the list. We'll also ramp back up reaching out to charities and NPOs (both big and small), as the WP should help inform them more about the project.

That's the short term outlook. I have a Trello board that I've started populating with cards.....it needs to be detailed out more, but the idea is to make that publicly available (for viewing, comments, and voting) over the next couple of weeks so that there's good visibility on what we've done, what we're working on, what we want to do next.

Also I don't understand what does it mean - CharityNodes - how it work and what the difference from Masternodes?

A couple of quick notes:
- pushed out some updated wallet builds to cleanup a few UI things that you may or may not have noticed https://github.com/RaptureCore/Rapture/releases/tag/v1.1.2.2  I've done about 5 or 6 tweaks since v1.1.2.0 release a few days ago, so feel free to grab the latest (not mandatory)
- Martin and I are kicking the iOS wallet into high gear and are aiming to get it submitted for App Store validation asap! Will post some screens of how that's looking tomorrow.
- submitted a listing application with Trade Ogre, which is a new exchange that has been getting some buzz on Twitter. Feel free to point us to other newer exchanges that look promising.

Wallet updates are here and look fab! Visuals on brand, random header artwork each time you launch, mix of bright colors and dark grey! The next big update to look forward to will be in-wallet charity donations.

well it looks like all the coins are locked up in masternodes, daily volume I hope is incorrect. 

Wallet UI Updates





Quick preview of how the new desktop wallet is looking. It was hard to settle on the artwork behind the logo, so we have a random variation appear every time you launch the wallet.

Solved! The wallet was opening for real out of screen. Last time I opened it from my office PC (34 inch display 21:9 widescreen) via Remote Desktop. My home PC is 22" and Windows for unknown reasons keeps opening the wallet it in the non-existent part of the screen In any case thank you for reply.

We're just about to release an updated wallet, but there shouldn't be any issues on the current build. Hard to tell from the description if the wallet is opening and is just drawing strange, or if it's running into another issue.

I've a considerable amount of RAP (even though I don't know their value ) and the wallet no longer works. I'm on Windows and I have several wallets on my PC that uses the same software (GBX, INN etc.). They only wallet that doesn't work is RAP. When I start it I see the splashscreen then the window goes out of screen on the right. I can't access it. I can only see hover preview on my taskbar with application title "Rapture Core - Wallet" and a big white screen below. I tried to install multiple times but it still doesn't work

Discord community member tom_ua has released his auto-install script + guide for Rapture masternodes. Plenty have been using it to setup RAP masternodes and it makes setup a breeze!
