Instead of setting up pools and arguing about the coin (xmr is the worst choice by far but that's not the point), it would be a lot simpler to mine on nicehash.
Just make an account on behalf of the HCN community, specify a bitcoin address and have people mine whatever they want with whatever equipment they have, paid to that address.
What could be simpler than that?

Glad to to see the revival. I wish some of the pictures were updated but it's good to see that it looks like there is current activity on Twitter. I was surprised happily to see all this going on.

I'm done with this now, I am guessing you lot paid someone to make this coin for you because none of you have a clue what you're doing. If you can't see the stupidity in a monero pool then something is wrong. Sorry to be frank

Well, in my opinion the main question is: "We have sufficient hash for this?"
It not better chose one exchange, and keep our focus in this? Because our objetive is bit complicated, it all right, but a challenger AND reachable objective is better.
Chose only one exchange and warranty of reach the goal is the right path in my opinion, lets "walk one step at time".

100kh is not really enough for monero. You will be lucky to get 3 blocks in 15 days
100 Khash in the Monero, if it is 3 mined blocks, will collect of 0.44 BTC (each mined block reward collect 5.8 XMR), this is enough to list HCN in two exchanges (or three), what remains will be stored in the coin development funds.we can achieve this amount in 15 days just mining sup or xun...even sumo. more easy than xmr...

I warned you about a monero pool. It is silly, some blocks can take 10x longer than others and at current hash power that would take 10 years for 1 block. You are playing games when you ask pepole to help you out.
All ideas are welcome, what do you propose?
A different coin like sumo or a coin that can easily solve blocks. Another option is to get 24 people together who each donate 0.005 BTC for the exchange. I would be 1, make a donate channel in discord possibly.
with hashrate of 80 to 100 Khash we were able to mine a block in 1 or 2 weeks at most.
the best thing will be to gather all the power in a week, I will put a countdown in the pool (FROM 1/01/18 TO 15/01/18)
