And that's where the team needs to kick into a higher gear to make sure the project has continuity and show success. Then there will be less dumps.

I believe there are, I do not think we are even aware of the number of people who can easily pay such amounts.

I also believe there are many people with such amounts. The only thing is that they probably already have a lot of ongoing investments so it is a matter of choice in what to invest.

Yeah, djevad was one of the reasons, he has good connections. Also project was supported and subsidized by the economic chamber of Macedonia and huge companies were acquired as business partners.
Also the tax system is very positive for international acting companies and the technical development is huge.
