Probably that's the reason SATAN reach the bottom..., 4-5 saotshi ..., and if the DEV don't appear soon..., definitely the coin will die..., just hope isn't one like the most cryptos which appear for short period, the DEV do all the job to can reach some level/value, sell his amount at good enough price and after just run away and leave the project xD (like I see al the trades at https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-STC.htm.., if the DEV odne that, he just got pixels .....
