Dev, if there is an increase in the number of masternodes, after the main network goes online, there are only 60 quota limits, and I think we should expand this total number slightly.
I thought dev mentioned it will be around 100 in main net not sure though but I'm pretty sure it will be increased in January.
I want to be a delegate member, how i did it? 
First, you need to burn 1000 semux in client and you are a delegate.
But if you won't be verified delegate that means you throw away some money.
