Semux is interesting voting mechanism that only seems to allow people who have registered and been voted in to mine the token? This is a very interesting project, but the more time I spend with it the more I feel like it is confusing and hard to be a part of. Like, I'm not sure why I should vote for all the delegates or who all the delegates are or why I should care. It's a strange system to say the least. Nevertheless, I don't want to say a project isn't going to be great in the future just because I personally don't have time to understand what is going on. Maybe you could have a bounty and have some people create helpful youtube videos?

There is no mining! this coin uses a dBFT Consensus Method:
100 Validators validate equally. You can become a validator, or you can vote for the pool (or validators who are willing to share)
I thought it was 64 validators?
Edit: just saw it is being raised to 100.
So each validator gets 0.03 SEM per block? Given that block reward is 3 SEM?
Each block will get 3 sems as reward + tx fees. Who ever forge tge block will get the full reward of 3 sems. Validation will cycle through all validators in a random order.

It will become 100 validators after the release of the main net.
They probably thought 100 validators would be better for the network.
