Is there a problem with difficulty or is it just more people are mining this coin?

Nethash is up a good percentage too since this morning when diff was at 80 and hash at 500mh.. It's now 7gh and 160ish.

I'll keep mining. Devs managed to deliver the first fork of ETH so they got something going on Cheesy

I think diff is jumping up and down.... diff retarget should be max 1-2% change per block or something like that, or calculation should be done on 1h or so

We are investigating possible problems with the difficulty right now. We suggest that people stop mining for now. We are also giving a heads up of a possible software upgrade. And no, this is not a joke.

Regards

Mining works, but I just don't get lots of hashes... really don't get it Sad Getting a bit pissed of this. Missing so many coins now.
Only have 0.5 coin for 6h of mining with a 280x!!!!

Not possible, I'm mining since the pool started with roundabout 50MH/s:

Same here with my 3 x 280x's, working fine.

22mhs aren't that much compared to the nethashrate  Tongue

why this means that the coin sucks? well, opposite seems right...

Still not able to mine at normal speed guys. This coin sucks!

I doubt its the coin.. If you cannot get pool mining working correctly, go solo, the blocktime is so fast that you still get blocks solo

Any information about the shift units?

If the error messges in the console are right, the smallest unit is Shf (equivalent to Wei)
The others are

"Eshf": "1000000000000000000" (ether)
"Pshf": "1000000000000000" (finney)
"Tshf": "1000000000000" (szabo)
"Gshf": "1000000000" (Gwei)
"Mshf": "1000000" (Mwei)
"Kshf": "1000" (Kwei)
"Shf": "1",

I don't know how to send coins yet though. I better figure that out before it gets on an exchange.

If you mean non-programmatically then just use the GUI wallet Smiley

from CLI:
eth.sendTransaction({from: eth.accounts[0], to: eth.accounts[1], value: 1, gas: 22000})

This command transfers 1e-18 shf Shift from account0 to account1, gas is optional
The value is given in the smallest unit, because unit conversion (e.g. web3.toShf(1, "Eshf") ) seem not to work.
