How long does it take to get any reward by these masternodes? My MN is up and running for about 20 hours!

im trying to run 2, they start without issue, show active 1 on the list, but the timer does not change, and then disappears after awhile.

One of my masternodes works great! The other two are enabled and started but recieve Absolutely nothing.. cant for my life figure out why. It's all Windows hot node configs..
edit* it took a LONG time, but now its running fine! coins are rolling in
