i've built a Lite version v1.5.1.1 mac OSX qt wallet.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5j8d4FSc7drWGFtemNKbXFTTDg/view?usp=sharing

---

it spawned at a gratuitous width, so i changed it's resize value to
 resize(970, 675);

https://github.com/Sterlingcoin/Sterlingcoin-1.5.1.1-Lite-Edition-Linux-Source/blob/master/src/qt/bitcoingui.cpp#L85

and i couldnt get rid of the market tab, commenting out the obvious just created startup errors. i'm not familiar enough with the gui to work this out without spending more time on it :p

The fork is 8,500 blocks away as of now.

Are all SLG wallet types now ready/released for the fork (i.e not just Windows?)

What is the expected date of the fork?

We are still working on the Mac OS X wallet.

ETA of the fork is 11.8 days. Sunday the 6th of December.

Thanks for the quick reply Steven.

Keep up the good work team; it really is appreciated, honestly!! Kiss

I propose to make a last effort to get Cryptsy into the fork. Let's open tickets explaining them the fork and where to download it.

Also westloin,

You may wish to download a bootstrap of the blockchain. See this message for instructions to do so: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12540693

Using the bootstrap will get you synced faster. Otherwise, just leave the wallet open and allow it to download the blockchain (aka sync).

Thanks, it worked. Wallet is synced now.

Any word on Crypsty updating their wallet? Just another week left until the fork.

You're welcome. Glad to help a fellow Sterlingcoiner. Smiley

No news from Cryptsy. My support ticket is "Being Processed since 98 days 4 hours" as of now.  Angry  To which I only ever got the cookie-cutter responses of "We have escalated this concern to the right department" and another claiming "This has been forwarded to our wallet specialist". To that I have followed with a dozen unanswered pleads for an update on the status or cries for them to get on the correct chain. I guess a 13th won't hurt. Maybe I need to turn up the language and turn off my polite nature for this one.  Wink

I do believe the number of complaining users adjusts their prioritization. If you have a Cryptsy account, PLEASE open a support ticket asking/demanding for Sterlingcoin wallet love/attention. See this post for a support ticket template.

Hi,
My pc shutdown unexpectedly because of a power outage and now my wallet won't start. I'm getting the following error:

what should I do?

It looks like your copy of the blockchain got corrupted during your power outage. You will need to claer the blockchain and resync.

To clear the blockchain:
1. ) Open the folder/directory c:\Users\artman\appdata\roaming\sterlingcoin\
2. ) Delete all the files and folders/directories EXCEPT your wallet.dat file and your sterlingcoin.conf file (if exists).

Then launch your Sterlingcoin wallet and allow it to download a fresh copy of the blockchain.

Matt will have to field questions in regards to the multipool. I do know he has been working on it. I will ask him to update here.

CaliforniaJim, it does seem like you are on the correct chain. Your block height is correct. To confirm with certainty, please give me an address here or via PM and I will send a small amount.
Thank you CryptoCanary, send to SY5vK6SJiACDtpCaCwsxjhEfvDVifD1U1H and I'll confirm its arrival.

Hey guys,

Any news on the multipool ? I'd love to point some of my R9-280Xs and 750ti towards it to mine and autotrade for SLG.

Good job with new wallet and updating to 1.5.1.1 thou Smiley
I'd quite like to do that too.

Also, how do I check that I'm on the right blockchain? After my demented cat decided that my laptop looked like his litter tray - the laptop was off fortunately and the hard drive is OK, cat now buried in the garden - I have eventually got round to transferring my SLG wallet to another PC, things look all right although I have a page of 'Generated but not accepted' stake transactions. New stake transactions seem to be coming in OK now tho. I'm on v1.5.1.1: Full Release on Linux, Statistics page shows block height 336491 @ 15:05 Zulu (GMT)

Many thanks
